About the speaker
CYRIL PEREIRA was tech leader, publisher, and writer in a media career that spanned Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and India over 45 years.
He witnessed the historic return of Hong Kong from Britain to the Peoples’ Republic of China. As chair of the Society of Publishers he had to front members through a fraught media transition.
